SENIOR MEMORY BOOKS – DEADLINE 03/16/18
Senior parents, please send 8 to 10 childhood/baby photos of your child to us for the year-end video and memory book. The best and most efficient way to provide your photos is to scan (at the highest resolution possible) and send them to our photographer, Jared Tuk, through the internet file transfer service WeTransfer. To do this, go to http://www.wetransfer.com, upload a zip file of your photos from your computer, then send to email@example.com. This file transfer service is very easy to use and provides a secure way of transmitting your child’s photos.
We ask that you please provide photos of your child no later than Friday, March 16, 2018, to ensure ample time for their inclusion in year-end materials.
If you are interested in helping with the senior memory books, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or to RSVP.

I hope lots of parents take advantage of this offer because it benefits both you as an individual and the entire organization. Information about training and schedules will be forthcoming. If you have any interest in learning more about this program, please contact Heather Park at firstname.lastname@example.org.
