The mattress fundraiser yielded better results than our spaghetti fundraiser so we will probably do it again next year.

Chris-

Sign-ups were posted to work the tables at the Chris Speanburg fundraisers. They kids have been great with signing up. We are looking for a few parents to supervise at the gymnastic event.

His most recent surgery went well. As a band organization we are looking to the future by offering help through the long haul. The other upcoming fundraisers are May 23rd @ Primantis and June 3rd @ Mike & Tony’s. He is being read things that are being posted on social media. Please keep sending messages. Once he is in rehab he will be allowed visitors. He misses his fellow bandmates.

Amy Patterson shared a great resource where you can send Chris a card through UPMC for free. The website is https://ecards.upmc.com/. Pick your card, personalize it, and it will be printed and delivered to him by the hospital.

All monies will be due for band camp by Monday, July 29th.

If you haven’t yet, please turn in your senior band yard notes; these are the big red music notes you were loaned to display in your yards at home. We do re-use them each year. Please get them to Andrea ASAP. Thank you.

Motion to adjourn at 8:12pm by Carla Collier and seconded by Grace Cap.

Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 29th, 2019 @ 7:00pm.
