In preparation for the BOA competition on Saturday, Mr. Barthen and Mr. Fear need to have these completed before Thursday's rehearsal so they kids can have at least one rehearsal using the completed props in case adjustments are needed. We will meet tomorrow evening (Tuesday, 9/24/19) at 5:30 pm. If you have a staple gun, compressor, and hand saw, (or any combination thereof) bring it with you. Whatever we don't complete on Tuesday will need to be completed on Wednesday evening. Please let Andrea Ward know ASAP if you are available and willing to help either via email at email@example.com or via text message to 412-505-3803

Please remember in order to volunteer with anything other than concessions we must have your clearances on file. We’d love to have you and although they may not say it, your student does like to see you involved. Child abuse clearance and Criminal background check is needed for every volunteer, and if you have lived in PA less than 10 years a FBI Fingerprint clearance is also required (this one takes a while to get). Clearances are good for 5 years. Please send copies of your clearances in an envelope into the band room mailbox with your student or email them to Shea Corsetti at email@example.com.
Moon Band Parent Organization has a private Facebook group where events are posted. It is a closed group and you can request access to “Moon Area Band Parent Organization”. You will be prompted to identify your moon band student and the year they graduate.
As a reminder, please do not post videos on social media where the general public can view them. This is especially important as we begin the season.
