Our first ever School Spirit Coffee fundraiser is here!  High quality ground or whole bean coffees, loose leaf teas, K-cups, instant drinks, chocolate, and dry-rubs are available.  Information sheets and glossy order forms are available in the band room or you can print your own HERE.  Profit will be approximately 40-45% based on total band sales.  A photo of the special coffee packing is available online.    Order forms are available HERE. Order forms and payments are due on February 12.  Delivery will be on March 6.

The Chocolate Boutique fundraiser began just in time for Valentine's Day!  Items include amazing candy apples, chocolate pretzels, Oreos, and popcorn.  Information flyers and order sheets are available HERE or in the band room.  Orders and payments are due on Tuesday, January 29.  Delivery will be on Tuesday, February 12.

HEINZ FIELD/PNC PARK
If you are interested in raising money for you Band student by working at PNC Park this upcoming season, now is the time to sign up for Grand Slam Training.  The first available session will be on Wednesday, March 6th from 5-9 PM.  This is a great opportunity to start filling those accounts in anticipation of next year's trip.  Most parents who participate pay nothing or very little for the Band Trips.  I am also looking for one more person to be a Co-Coordinator for the Aramark Fundraising Program.  It's fun and easy and a great way to get involved in the Band Parent Organization.  Please contact Heather Park (hburakow@yahoo.com) to sign up for the training or answer any questions.

TOUR SHIRTS
Tour shirts are still available in select sizes. Please email, text, or call Andrea to check sizes needed, or just flag her down as they are in her car.

SENIOR POLE NOTES
If you have not yet paid for your Senior Pole Note, please drop your payment in the box in the band room.  THANKS!

STUDENT ACCOUNTS
Students accounts have been updated to include money for shifts worked for the pancake breakfast. I have received the checks for the pancake breakfast tickets at our meeting and they will be deposited this week. I have not received the information on tickets sold by student for the pancake breakfast. Once I receive that information, I will update the students accounts accordingly. Thank you.

CONCESSIONS
Karren and Ginny are looking for someone to shadow them in the fall as the fun the concession stand. Anyone interested should contact Ginny or Karren. Ideally two people should co-chair concession stand duty.

COMMUNICATIONS
Moon Band Parent Organization has a private Facebook group where events are posted.  It is a closed group and you can request access to “Moon Area Band Parent Organization”.  You will be prompted to identify your moon band student and the year they graduate.
As a reminder, please do not post videos on social media where the general public can view them.  This is especially important as we begin the season.
