President’s Comments, Sherri VonStein
Thank you to everyone who has helped this year. Special mention to many people who have helped in various ways this year. The marching band had lots of behind the scenes work this year: Jean Stewart – parent apparel/decals, competition set builders, chaperones, truck crew,  meals, uniform/flag sewers, truck/equipment repair crew, Senior Rec Night organizers, fundraising helpers and chairs, publicity, weekley communications, corporate partnership, Jared Tuk for pictures & videos and uniform closet helpers to name a few. Everyone is greatly appreciated. The donations you have made throughout the year have helped keep the budget from taking a huge hit.

Senior Rec Night
Thank you to Angela Cross, Grace Cap, Denise Wolfe and the rest of the committee for all the hard work. It was a great night. We had lots of help and plenty of food.

Timeline of Events
Mrs. Von Stein introduced a “timeline of events” that she developed. The final product is yet to come. The document will help parents see what happens throughout the year. This will allow volunteers to see where they fit and when during the year fits with their individual schedules.

Board Positions
If you are interested in a board position please contact a board member. It is helpful to shadow to understand the position. The nominations committee will be formed in January if anyone is interested.

The manual hasn’t been updated since 2006. It needs to be reviewed and updated now. The changes will be voted on in December. Proposed changes were introduced to the group by Mrs. Von Stein. Those present were shown the proposed changes. Time was allowed for discussion and questions. No one present had questions or items for discussion.   Alumni Band Account Mr. DeNardo hopes to set this up on Saturday (11/21).
