Thank you to everyone who helped with cutting and sewing for instrument covers. They are coming along well.

Treasurer, Ralph Canterbury
Ralph gave the treasurer’s report.
Discussion on what can be paid for using the student account funds.
Students accounts have been updated to reflect the mattress sale.
Lottery ticket money will be in student accounts after the lottery closes at the end of September.
Motion to accept was made by Beckie Tobin. Seconded by Christianne Gribben.

Lottery is ongoing through September 30th.
Candle flyers are here at practice and also online. Orders due Oct 8/delivery in early November.

Spots are still available to sign up to help for senior rec/band performance on September 26. You WILL see your child perform if you volunteer!
As many photographers as possible are needed for Sep. 26
Cleanup crew – might not be needed since there are no concessions, but we need volunteers just in case.
Senior rec afterward for parents and senior only. No siblings.
Senior bio request went out today.
We will need tents if it rains!
Band Director, Nick Barthen
Student teacher Morgan Rockwell introduced herself. She will be here until mid-October.
Email will go out tomorrow afternoon with details for September 26.
Kids will perform 3 times.
Next week: Tuesday and Thursday practices will be FULL band. If it rains, half band only will practice.
Band members will take tickets for performance home. If multiple siblings in band, older child will receive tickets.
3 tickets for underclassmen
4 tickets for seniors
Oct 10 (Saturday) – football game – band 2 performs. Will be televised on KDKA.
Pictures: Oct 13 – band 1, Oct 15 – band 2
Oct 21 – Spooktacular at Moon Park. Not yet sure how many kids can go.

Hopefully spectator limits are lifted soon!
We are hoping to have more Trunk or Treat details soon. We are allowed to hold Trunk or Treat since Moon Township is allowing trick-or-treating.
