Motion to make meeting a ZOOM meeting due to COVID-19. Meeting began at 7:05pm. The pledge was recited.

Our band banquet is still fluid. We are moving forward with Moon Park on July 19th. We are in touch with the caterer and will get information out once we have it finalized. Please be aware that due to COVID-19 things may be subject to change.
We may be able to add orders on to the painting fundraiser if you are interested please let Georgana know.
Treasurer, Karren Wood
Treasurer’s report was given. Motion to accept by Beckie Tobin and seconded by Amy Patterson.
Publicity, Beckie Tobin
Beckie is looking for help to chair Senior Recognition in the fall. Her daughter will be a senior the following year and so she is looking for an underclassmen parent to take over the following year.
Communications, Sarah Schmitz
An alumni letter went out. This year’s seniors will be taken off the website and can only have access if they are a paid alumni. $50 for a family or $25 for just the alumni.
Band Director, Nick Barthen
I have not had any updates regarding the trip refund but will let you know as soon as I do.
We are slated to start back up July 1st. We are working on contingency plans depending on what the regulations are. It may look different, but we will make it work. We need to come back together and make music!
There will not be any rehearsals in June.
There is no away camp this year but the 2nd week of home camp will be run like away camp.

How we handle lunch is still being decided.
1-4 block inside or shaded areas
Eat dinner at home
6-9 at the stadium.
We will still have bonding activities in the evening and we are going to make the most of it.
We are looking at all aspects of social distancing, different studies etc. How to disinfect the instruments, space between students, busing and so on. If you have any concerns, ideas, or suggestions please email them to Mr. Barthen.
Concert dates are being planned for next year.
PIMBA and BOA are pushing forward.

New Parent meeting is Tuesday, May 26th.
Physicals will be offered through the school but there is no date yet.
Look for God Bless America over the Memorial Day weekend from the students.

There is no public meeting in June, it is the Boards transition and planning meeting for the following year.
