We have some executive board positions to fill for next year.

Publicity- The object of this volunteer position is to promote the wonderful things the band does. This is not a crazy time consuming job, so if you are looking to get your feet wet on the executive board, this is the job for you. You will promote us on social media, flyers, and any other way you can think of. We are looking for a fresh new perspective.

Treasurer- This position does require time but it is not difficult. You’ll need to know how to use a basic excel spreadsheet. Vicki will go through everything with you to be sure you are comfortable.

VP Corporate and Small Business Sponsorships- We are always in need and looking for people and businesses to partner with us! In this volunteer position you will contact companies and ask them to donate/sponsor our Award Winning Marching Band. We offer different levels of sponsorship and have a few sponsors that support us every year. We are looking to reach out and make more connections.

Pancake Breakfast-

Volunteers are needed Saturday and Sunday as well as cookie bakers.

Pancake Breakfast-

  • Thank you to all of those who have signed up to help with the pancake breakfast. We need more students to work and they are able to work a double shift.
  • We are looking for more volunteers to help set up Saturday. We also need students to help with set up on Saturday please.
  • Sunday morning set up crew will finish what did not get done Saturday.
  • Doors open at 8am.
  • We need more cookies. Right now we have 400 dozen being baked and we need 700 dozen. There is still time to sign up to be a baker.
  • If your student works a shift they eat for free.

Our next fundraiser will be Joe Corbie, due in January.

Congratulations to our Black Friday Basket Winner, Linda Simmons.

Alumni Association, Cindy Bartus

  • We will have Scrip cards available at the pancake breakfast. Stop by and pick up some stocking stuffers.
  • There will be an order placed Monday the 10th and will be in for the winter concert.
  • Our annual Craft & Sip will be this Friday from 6-10pm.
  • Scrip cards can be ordered on line at any time. Your order will not be placed however; until Cindy finalizes the order.
